The purpose of these policies is intended to provide a framework for economic development in the Kerrville, Kerr County area. Stakeholders will be identified, and roles will be acknowledged based on each entity’s ability to use certain tools outlined by state law. The key purpose is to encourage growth and development in targeted industries.
